Rich brings more than 25 years of experience in the moving industry at Rainier and managed his way up to become president in 2015. He was responsible for starting the consolidation services to Europe and Australia. In addition, Rich designed a client-friendly quote system as well as the virtual agent filing system. These additions enhanced the customer moving experience on the back end.

Rich’s motto for clients that use Rainier’s services is, “every single move and transport the company makes, the customer will receive a VIP experience hands down. This is standard practice at the company from the top down.”
