When your shipment arrives to the destination port our agent’s customs clearance representative will be on hand to oversee the offloading of the containers and the unstuffing of your crates. This representative will then see that your shipment is securely moved and stored at a port bonded facility and cleared through customs promptly.

During customs clearance proceedings, our destination agent will pay certain port charges and fees on your behalf.
