Once your shipment has been cleared through customs and everything has been paid in full, Rainier’s delivery agent will arrange for delivery to your home.  On the date you arrange with the delivery agent,

The movers WILL arrive at your residence prepared to provide the following services:

• 1. Unloading goods from container or liftvans
• 2. Placing all items in appropriate rooms as requested
• 3. Unwrapping furniture and other wrapped items
• 4. Removal of debris
• 5. Setup of basic furniture only (Beds, tables, etc.)

The movers WILL NOT provide the following services:

• 1. Unpacking cartons
• 2. Unpacking or installing appliances
• 3. Assembling furniture that requires special tools or is very time consuming (i.e. kit style furniture (IKEA), TV stands, etc)

Note:
When movers are delivering goods into your home, please make sure that you have a copy of your original packing list. Please make sure you assign a family member or friend to check items off the inventory list as they are being delivered into your home to ensure that you receive your entire shipment. Any missing items must be noted on the inventory before movers depart.
