Just wanted to let you know everything went well during the delivery on Wednesday and so far I haven’t seen any damages to what’s been opened.  It was all very well packed by Patrick and his crew and Benjamin and his guys did a great job delivering.

Thank you all for making sure the move went smoothly. I have recommended Rainier to several Norwegian friends that are considering moves back to Norway from the US so I hope you hear from them.

Thank you for your email. My apologies that it has taken me so long to respond. My belongings arrived as you said (on the same day of your last email, in fact). Throughout this whole process, I have been very impressed by the professionalism of everyone involved on both sides of the Pond. I am pleased to report that everything arrived safely as well. The fact that nothing was damaged (not a chip on any plates or glasses and no scratches on any of the furniture) truly speak to the care and professionalism of all of the packers and handlers.

Moreover, everything occurred within the timeframe you originally quoted me.

Hello David, Lance, and Charizza.  My shipment arrived today and was unloaded at our new house.  The only issue that came up was the cables that hold the pulleys to the weights of the Grandfather Clock had snapped.  This is my fault, as I was the one who secured them prior to the local movers arriving.

Lance, please convey my gratitude to the two movers who packed our goods in the ocean container.  They were most careful of the grandfather clock and it arrived with no external damage.  They were very friendly, expedient, and most professional.

Charizza, thank you and your company for all the behind scene work getting our clearance.  Your team that delivered my goods were exceptional.

and last but not least …
David.  It was wonderful working with you and my move went off without a hitch.  Most professional.  I can’t thank you enough.
