Crown Relocations delivered our household goods this past Thursday 8/8, so I’m writing just to say thank you one more time.

I admit it was hard to wait that last 12 days after the shipment arrived in Honolulu! but everything is here now in our new home, safely and in good shape. Janine has been really responsive and great, and the Crown crew — only three of them! — was outstanding. Hard workers on a hot day.

Working with you and Rainier’s agents gave us great peace of mind throughout a long process and a major move — thank you so much.

hi David,
Thanks for the follow-up – we are in! The team at both ends were top notch and as we unpack we are finding only a couple of things broken. I have to locate a couple of missing cushions but I am sure they are here somewhere. For such a complex move I think they did an outstanding job.
The UK team at Premier Relo commented that they had never seen a 40ft container that was so well packed. It was like they were masters at tetris. Though they did make the comment that they would prefer the 6 cube boxes to be packed lighter.
Overall I’d like to thank you for handling this so professionally and connecting us with such great teams at both ends.
