Hi David, Apologies for taking so long to get back to you. All went well with the move although our things took longer to get here than we had hoped. Combination of bad weather and things closing over the Christmas and New Year holiday period didn’t help. We were extremely pleased firstly with the level of service in the estimate stage of our move. The local representative who visited our home was both informative and reassuring. The packers were a pleasant hardworking group who took great care of our things and did a sterling job wrapping and protecting our treasured belongings. Our goods arrived with no problems. This has not been my experience with other removers and we have in the past had furniture chipped and items broken which is heart breaking. Therefore for us this was a big plus in using your company. We think the fact that the container was packed and sealed at the front door made a difference as We know some removers transfer from lorries to container which obviously increases the chance of additional breakages. The container arrived this end and was unpacked by two very competent pleasant lads. We would not hesitate to recommend your company for an overseas move. Thank you from the bottom of our heart for making a daunting move overseas go so smoothly.
