Rich Haas provided exceptional customer service. He understood that moves are stressful, particularly international moves. While most of us have experience with domestic moves, international moves are an entirely different game. He walked us through the process and explained details thoroughly. As an added bonus, he checked and double checked the shipping schedule (departure and arrival) to make sure we’d get our shipment on time. He is quick to respond to questions via email.
