we had a successful delivery.
only a couple of chips and breakages. your guys did a fine job of packing.
the US homeland search was thorough… though no too intrusive… at least they didn’t break anything.
the aussies had their way too… time delays and quarantine.

it was a lot more drawn out than we anticipated and more $$ , but it’s over now and we can settle… as i am sure you can appreciate- it’s a huge task moving countries- not just possession-wise… emotionally/ physically / spiritually… we’re very happy to have this part complete.

Thank you for contacting us. The move went well. WE have been able to settle in nicely now that we have our belongings. The packing was done very well and nothing was broken or out of place. Also, the pickup and delivery were most efficient and helpful.

Yes, of course, you may use my comments on your website.  While there were some highly frustrating moments, especially the repetitive sending of documentation and the ‘just one more thing’ flavor, I would say that, overall, things went as smoothly as they could.

I give the highest grades to the local mover/packer individuals on both ends of the move, I found them and their work ethic to be outstanding.  I would have not hesitation in recommending your companies.

Everything went fine with the delivery.  The crew who brought the crates from Ashdod did a good job and were very pleasant to work with.  And Tom Levine and Yaniv Rosenbaum in the Haifa Sonigo office were also very helpful.

We have unpacked almost all the boxes and are enjoying having our Seattle things here.

Thank you for your email. My apologies that it has taken me so long to respond. My belongings arrived as you said (on the same day of your last email, in fact). Throughout this whole process, I have been very impressed by the professionalism of everyone involved on both sides of the Pond. I am pleased to report that everything arrived safely as well.
