Hi David,

Just wanted to let you know that we were very satisfied with the whole moving process.
Everyone we interacted with in MovingStar in California and Boxman in Norway were also very professional and helpful (especially Gil and Nils).

Since pretty much everything arrived in perfect condition (there were two broken plates in all I think) we can’t comment on the insurance claim process 😉
All board games arrived without any dents or scratches.

We already recommended MovingStar to our friends in the US for a domestic move and they were also very happy and we will definitely recommended Rainier to others moving across the pond.

Thank you and good luck with the continuing shipping headaches.

Cheers,
Gisle and Claudia

Great Job Don .I have all my goods in my house .You may think it took a long time .
I don’t look at it like that .
Firstly I am amazed that the items made it ,through all the World Shipping problems ,and harbours full of container ships ,and nothing but News of chaos and confusion .
Secondly the big box landed
in a really tight lockdown period in Auckland ,and these folks take it very seriously .
Thirdly it landed when the entire nation goes on vacation ,and Auckland is basically deserted .
I was not stressed about the time frame at all,AND all the people on this end are friendly ,kind ,patient …and efficient .
Thanks Again Don .

Hi David, Mary and Lynn

I finally unpacked everything, and everything was in order, which is super impressive, given the length of time.

A heartfelt thank you for your and your team’s excellent work from planning, packing to the unpacking and everything in-between.

I learned about containers, routes, vessels and the taxonomy you use in the industry – I have so much respect for the complexity of your work!

Love your work and I highly recommend your services.

Happy and safe holidays!
Michelle

Dear all,

We received today our shipment from Chicago, with the last team having participated in this delivery, having secured the load in our storage place, in Montpellier. My wife (Isabelle) and I would like to use this opportunity to express our gratitude for the high professionalism of all your teams, for an end to end process which started in USA / Chicago, on August 25th, and finished in France / Montpellier, on Nov 5th. Considering the global shipping and handling / logistics challenges of which we are all aware, we think this was a great achievement, and are even more appreciative of you – as managers / overseers / supervisors of this – alongside all your people’ efforts. Please transmit a WARM THANK YOU from us, to all involved!!!

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us, for any recommendations you may need from us.

Have a great weekend!
*** Isabelle & Stefan

Hello, David –

I’ve been meaning to drop you a note and let you know how immensely pleased I am with everything. I’ve been unpacking like crazy and so far, everything is in perfect shape.

I couldn’t be happier with every stage of the process, from our communications to the packing up in Chicago through to the delivery here. All the contacts were proactive, clear, and polite; and all the crews were marvelous. The crating service did a superb job with my weird, fragile equipment. My apartment situation at the Paris end has tricky logistics (even by Paris standards) and they guys were absolute magicians at making it work out. They were in and out in about 2 hours, including getting the lift into the narrow courtyard.

I’ve already sung your praises on the Expats in Paris group on Facebook (where I first heard about you), there’s a screenshot attached. And I’m preparing a video for my YouTube channel about the move-in day (my readers and viewers have been following every step of this move) where I’ll mention and link to you as well. If you’d like the link for the video when it gets posted (it will be a couple of weeks from now) I’ll be happy to send it to you.

I’m super grateful. Thank you very, very much.

Subject: HUGE thank you …. CO to New Zealand Moving Services

Truck arrived today. Only about 10 days after moving into a place we purchased. About as perfect timing as you could have arrange ( we knew you were good but off the scale good)
Truck got as close as he could on a nasty drive and two man mountains of pacific island persuasion easily lifted our goods super gently in record time. They were extremely good. Five stars to them and some.

Hope you are doing good and the mad heat is cooling. We will inspect for damage. A few things are a bit damaged but so far nothing priceless. The big table made it with no injuries. Looks forward to having you over for a meal as soon as you can.

Cheers and many thanks to the entire team.
