Hi Dave,
I just wanted to give you a brief post mortem on the move and to tell you how absolutely satisfied we were. The stuff arrived on Saturday, the crew that delivered it was outstanding and most everything came through beautifully, including the big pots. We did have some very minor breakage on items that meant absolutely nothing to us and we are having to give some of our stuff away because it doesn’t fit in the new house. The good news is we have many blood and hanai relatives here on the island and they are most anxious to get any of our culls.
So mostly I just wanted to say thank you for making the move, once we got in contact with you, so effortless. As you know before we got in touch with you the move was pretty much of a “shit show” and I’m still dealing with aspects of not remembering to call you first. I don’t anticipate moving again but you can be sure that if we do I’ll call and I will most certainly recommend you to anyone I know who is contemplating a move either on or off island.

As you know, we received our shipment in Vancouver last week. We did a bit more unpacking over the weekend and everything arrived in great condition!
We just wanted to say we can’t thank you enough for working with us to make our international move as smooth as possible. From day one, you’ve been very responsive to messages, very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions fully. You laid things out clearly which made us comfortable throughout the process. All the companies/ground agents we worked with for packing and delivery were also excellent and did a great job with everything. And the timing was on point!

Just a quick note to let you know that the shipment arrived at the house in Cahors yesterday morning. While it will take us several days to unpack all of the various boxes, so far everything seems to be in order and good condition.
Thanks to you and the Rainier team for a successful move. The folks at this end have been great to work with and the moving crew was terrific and very quick. Doubtful that we’ll be doing any more international moves, but we will certainly be happy to recommend Rainier to anyone we know who is thinking of doing so.
